ARTICLE 1 - DEFINITIONS

1.1 "Seller" refers to KANZ, the owner of the online store and the party providing goods to the Buyer.

1.2 "Buyer" refers to the individual or organization placing an order with the Seller.

1.3 "Goods" means the products listed on the KANZ online store which are available for purchase.

1.4 "Agreement" refers to the legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller for the supply of Goods.

ARTICLE 2 - APPLICABILITY

3.1 These Terms of Service apply to every offer from the Seller and every Agreement reached between Seller and Buyer.

3.2 Prior to the conclusion of an Agreement, the text of these Terms of Service will be made available to the Buyer.

ARTICLE 3 - THE OFFER

4.1 Each offer contains a full and accurate description of the Goods offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable the Buyer to make a proper assessment of the offer.

ARTICLE 4 - THE AGREEMENT

5.1 The Agreement is finalized at the moment the Buyer accepts the offer and meets the corresponding conditions.

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1 The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 15 days.

ARTICLE 6 - COSTS IN THE EVENT OF WITHDRAWAL

7.1 If the Buyer exercises their right of withdrawal, the maximum cost borne by the Buyer will be the cost of returning the Goods.

ARTICLE 7 - CONFORMITY AND GUARANTEE

10.1 The Seller guarantees that the Goods comply with the Agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of reliability and/or usability.

ARTICLE 8 - DELIVERY AND EXECUTION

11.1 The Seller will take the greatest care in receiving and executing orders for Goods.

ARTICLE 9 - DURATION TRANSACTIONS: DURATION, TERMINATION AND EXTENSION

12.1 This article applies to transactions that are intended to last for an indefinite or fixed period.

ARTICLE 10 - PAYMENT

13.1 Unless otherwise specified in the Agreement, the amounts due by the Buyer must be paid within 14 days after the start of the withdrawal period.

ARTICLE 11 - COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

14.1 Complaints about the execution of the Agreement must be submitted to the Seller fully and clearly described within a reasonable time after the Buyer has discovered the defects.

ARTICLE 12 - DISPUTES

15.1 Contracts between the Seller and the Buyer, to which these General Terms and Conditions apply, are exclusively governed by Lebanon law.

ARTICLE 13 - SMS MARKETING

16.1 By providing their phone number, the Buyer agrees to receive transactional and promotional messages from the Seller.
