We use D2D, Talabetak, DHL, or Aramex to deliver our skincare solutions.

SHIPPING COST

Free shipping on all Lebanon orders.

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY

Transit time is 24 Hours (Monday to Friday).
Handling time is 1 to 2 Working Days (Monday to Friday).
Time Zone: (GMT+03:00) Beirut, Lebanon.

Your order will arrive within 1 to 4 days on average on ALL Lebanon ordersMostly all of our orders from Beirut are arrived within 48 Hours. If your order has an item that is shipped on a freight carrier, you will be contacted to schedule a curbside delivery time. Please make sure to put the correct phone number at checkout.

Handling time / Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.

Some distant areas can take a bit longer, but we’ll get it to you!

  • The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time.
  •  Deliveries might take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address, bad weather, or any other unavoidable circumstances.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.

ORDER PAYMENT

All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in USD.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUEST

We accept 24-hours notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, Contact Number, or Shipping Address information.

Please note that any request received after 24-hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.

We will still do our best to get a hold or cancel your order after 24-hours period, If we were able to do so, you will be charged for delivery fees to receive it from you.

ORDER TRACKING SYSTEM

When we will start your transfer, you'll get a chasing number with your order with which you can learn about your order post position until you get your order in your hands.

I paid for my item even though it is currently out of stock. NOW, WHAT TAKES PLACE?

We will email you to let you know if, in the extremely unlikely event that your item becomes unavailable after you place your order. If you agree to wait and the item is back in stock within 14-day, you will be charged and we will get in touch with you to schedule delivery when it is prepared for shipping. Within 14-day, if it's still not available, we'll cancel your order and issue a refund.

If you can't wait to place your order, get a refund. Please get in touch with customer care.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
